A look back: Dec. 27, 1968

Rosenau Brothers Inc. of Philadelphia today announced Stephen Babinetz, formerly manager of the Lansford Apparel Company, has been transferred to the parent company’s consulting staff.

Babinetz has managed the company since 1937.

Michael Kalny, formerly assistant manager of the Lansford operations, has been assigned the duties of manager, and Frank Pavlik has been appointed assistant to the company’s director of sewing operations.

Kalny and Pavlik started working at Lansford Apparel in 1941.

Rosenau Brothers is the largest manufacturing company in the world in the creation of children’s clothing.
