Two issued citations after Ross altercation

Two men who were involved in a verbal argument in which state police at the Lehighton barracks were called to investigate were issued citations for harassment.

Michael L. Novak, 27, and James M. Miller Jr., both of Saylorsburg, were cited after police were called to the 100 block of Chestnut Drive in Ross Township at 5 p.m. Sept. 14.
