Kunkletown man cited for disorderly conduct
State police at the Lehighton barracks cited David Frantz Sr., Kunkletown, with disorderly conduct after an incident at 12:30 a.m. Wednesdayon Lower Greenhill Road in Polk Township.
He is accused of setting off a firework/small explosive in front of a residence, causing unreasonable noise.
