Carbon County Court

The following defendants recently entered guilty pleas before Judge Roger N. Nanovic in Carbon County Common Pleas Court.

Robin Gay Dail, 55, of Parryville, pleaded guilty to one count of DUI, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and a summary charge of harassment in connection with three separate incidents which occurred in 2016-17. She was sentenced to two sentences, minimum 90 days, to be served concurrently.

Troy M. Fairchild, 46, of Lehighton, pleaded guilty to possessing drug paraphernalia for an incident on July 9 in Lehighton. He was sentenced to three to 12 months in prison with credit for time served.

Marilyn Rose Merz, 29, of Rockaway, New Jersey, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal mischief for an incident in Kidder Township in 2018. She was sentenced to six months probation and ordered to pay $1,160 in restitution.

Lorenzo Wallace, 29, of Hazleton, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence for an incident on Feb. 16. His sentencing was deferred pending a drug and alcohol evaluation.
