AFSCME court employees salaries set for 2019

The Carbon County Salary Board recently set the 2019 salaries for court appointed employees covered under the AFSCME District Council 87 Local 2483 Court Appointed Professional collective bargaining unit.

The rates are effective from Jan. 1.

Adult Probation

• Set the position of one deputy chief adult probation officer at $35.03 per hour

• Set the position of one probation officer II/Gagnon hearing officer at $28.84 per hour

• Set the position of two probation officers II at $25.87 per hour

• Set the position of one probation officer II at $23.70 per hour

• Set the position of one probation officer II at $21.66 per hour

• Set the position of one probation officer II at $18.45 per hour

• Set the position of one probation officer I at $17.51 per hour

• Set the position of one probation officer I (veterans court) at $16.39 per hour

• Set the position of one probation officer I at $15.91 per hour

• Set the position of three probation officers I at $15.45 per hour

• Set the rate of $50 per day for primary on-call pay; and $30 per day for backup on-call pay

Juvenile Court

• Set the position of one deputy chief juvenile probation officer at $29.34 per hour

• Set the position of one probation officer II at $25.87 per hour

• Set the position of one probation officer II at $21.14 per hour

• Set the position of one probation officer I at $16.12 per hour

• Set the rate of $50 per day for primary on-call pay; and $30 per day for backup on-call pay

Domestic Relations

• Set the position of one domestic relations officer II at $20.27 per hour

• Set the position of one domestic relations officer I at $16.12 per hour

• Set the position of two domestic relations officer I at $15.19 per hour
