Tamaqua man cited for harassment
Michael Charles Hill, 25, of South Street, Tamaqua, was cited after Tamaqua police received a complaint from a man who said Hill punched him on Sept. 18.
The incident reportedly happened at the skate park, located behind Boyer's food Market on Cedar Street.
Hill was cited for harassment.
