Healthy Steps in Motion

Healthy Steps in Motion is the exercise portion of a comprehensive falls prevention program.

This exercise program is offered at no charge and is designed for people of all fitness levels.

The program is a one-hour session from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Mondays and Thursdays for four week, April 22 through May 16 at the Tamaqua Salvation Army. The program is taught by a certified instructor. It starts with a warm-up, followed by strength and balance exercises and ends with a cool down and stretch.

It is designed to improve flexibility, balance and strength. Booklet included.
