Driver cited after Schuylkill crash

A driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash that was reported on Feb. 1 at 10:46 a.m. along Route 443 (Clamtown Road) in Walker Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Hilda M. Estrado-Barriga, 43, of Tamaqua, was driving a 2006 Hummer H3 when she failed to negotiate a curve. The Hummer traveled onto the north shoulder and struck an icy patch causing the vehicle to cross the roadway and travel onto the south shoulder where it rolled onto its side.

Estrado-Barriga was not injured.
