Criminal mischief under investigation
A criminal mischief incident in which the victim is a 76-year-old Saylorsburg man is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.
It happened between 9 p.m. Sept. 12 and 6:45 a.m. Sept. 13 in the 100 block of Stone Hill Lane, Saylorsburg, Ross Township.
Police said someone pushed over a vegetable stand and broke a lawn umbrella belonging to the victim.
