Learn to draw at Tamaqua Community Arts Center

Learn how to compose and draw still life art, in pencil and color pencil, at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center.

Hilary England will teach a series of four classes beginning Feb. 27 and concluding on March 20. The cost will be $10 per class.

The arts center is located at 125 Pine St., Tamaqua.
