Penn Forest man in violation of PFA
State police at the Lehighton barracks were summoned to aBehrens Road residence in Penn Forest Township at 8:08 p.m. Sept. 15, when a 39-year-old Penn Forest Township man violated a Protection From Abuse order issued by the Carbon County Court of Common Pleas.
Police did not name the man, but said the victim is a 33-year-old woman who lives in the township.
