Hit-and-run driver sought in Schuylkill

State police at Frackville are looking for a hit-and-run driver involved in a crash on Sept. 17 along 15th Street in Ashland.

Troopers said a vehicle apparently turned onto 15th Street from Centre Street and struck a parked 2007 Jeep Compass. The driver fled the scene. The hit-and-run vehicle should have minor damages to the passenger front fender area or tire. The incident was reported at 6:35 p.m.
