Carbon County planning commission

The Carbon County Planning Commission made recommendations on four minor subdivisions during its monthly meeting on Tuesday.

• Diane Borger received conditional plan approval for a proposed subdivision at 9070 Interchange Road, Towamensing Township. Her plans call for subdividing 5.8617 acres into two lots.

• Joseph J. Tibensky, Kathleen A. Tibensky and Joseph J. Tibensky Jr., received plan approval for a proposed subdivision at 453 S. Eighth St., Lehighton. The plans call for subdividing 1.282 acres into two lots.

• Penn Haven Mountain Estates LP received plan approval for a proposed subdivision at 286 Pumphouse Road, Lehigh Township. Plans call for subdividing 20 acres into two lots.

• Todd and Judy Walk received conditional plan rejection for a proposed subdivision at 1525 Laurel Lane, Towamensing Township. Plans call for subdividing 27.1743 acres into two lots.
