DUI incidents

James Jonathan Haraschak,26, of Freeland, will be charged with a DUI.

Trooper Daniel J. Spath, of the Fern Ridge barracks, stopped Haraschak at 7:31 p.m. on Sept. 2 along Interstate 80 eastbound in Kidder Township.

Haraschak was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was in possession of a controlled substance.

Charges will be filed at the Magisterial District Judge Court in Weatherly.

Hopeton Lloyed Brevett, 40, of Mahanoy City, will be charged with a DUI.

Trooper Spath stopped Brevett at 4:43 a.m. on Sept. 25 along I-80 westbound near East Side Borough.

Brevett was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was in possession of a controlled substance.

Charges will be filed at the Magisterial District Judge Court in Weatherly.
