Monroe man facing gun, drug counts

A Monroe County man is facing firearms and drug counts following an incident on Friday at 11:24 a.m.

State police at Stroudsburg said they encountered Ronald McKenna, 38, of Tobyhanna, at Victoria Heights at Parish Park in East Stroudsburg.

Troopers said he was found to be in possession of heroin, methamphetamine and firearms. One of the firearms found had an obliterated serial number.
