Schuylkill County Man Missing
State police in Schuylkill Haven are looking for a Tower City man who has been missing since Monday afternoon.
Richard Charles Messersmith, 78, left his Tremont Avenue home at 12:15 p.m. Monday to go to a BB&T bank in Lykens, Dauphin County and has not returned.
He was last seen at the bank wearing a black jacket, jeans, sweatshirt, and sneakers, operating a 2011 Silver Ford Ranger pick up with a license plate # WR69923.
Police said he may be in a confused state.
