A look back: Feb. 28, 1973

The Panther Valley Visiting Nurses Association announced four nurses have been contacted for the newly organized program.

Chairwoman Anna Dubosky said the program will start as soon as the articles of incorporation are completed and the nurses’ legal status finalized.

Eva Koomar, R.N., of Lake Hauto, will be on regular full-time duty while three other nurses will work on an “on call” basis. They include Irene McCullion, R.N., of Summit Hill, and Lynn Richards, R.N., and Irene S. Trojan, R.N., both of Lansford.
