McLaughlin headed to Moravian

Marian’s Jacob McLaughlin will be continuing his academic and football career at Moravian College.

The three-year varsity player for the Colts was a defensive back and wide receiver under head coach Pat Morgans.

During his senior season, McLaughlin registered 54 solo tackles and compiled 700 all-purpose yard.

The future Greyhound was a team captain at Marian and earned the school’s Kenneth Snerr Memorial award.

The son of Michael and Connie McLaughlin, Jacob also participates in track and it a member of FBLA, the Green Club, and SADD.

McLaughlin plans to major in business management and minor in marketing.
