Wendy of North Elm Designs will present a workshop on creating paper flowers at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
Participants will be able to choose from a variety of colors to create a 24-inch in diameter paper flower. The fee includes all supplies.
