Basket raffle to be held Saturday

A basket raffle will be held from 2-6 p.m. Saturday in the Rev. James J. Burdess Memorial Social Hall, located in the basement of St. Joseph Parish of the Panther Valley, 462 W. Ludlow St., Summit Hill.

The event will help support area resident Marlena Micksic.

The raffle is accompanied by a spaghetti dinner at the same time, but eat-in tickets are sold out and only a limited number of takeout tickets remain.

Visitors are also encouraged to wear orange to the event.
