Monroe driver facing DUI count
A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence.
State police at Stroudsburg said Robert Rivers, 23, of Tobyhanna, was stopped at 3:15 a.m. March 10 at Orchard and Merten streets in East Stroudsburg for several traffic violations.
During the stop, Rivers was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was taken into custody. He was transported to the county DUI processing center for testing and later released.
