19-year-old is facing alcohol possession charge

Kyle Tucker, 19, of Brodheadsville, is facing charges relating to possession of alcohol under the age of 21 as a result of a traffic stop made by state police from the Lehighton barracks at 1:42 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Serfass Road and Ashley Court in Polk Township.

Police said they stopped a 2014 Honda Accord in which Tucker was a passenger. They said Tucker discarded a bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey out the window after police initiated the stop.
