LCCC offers scholarships for home health aide classes

Home Health Aides are in demand, with Lehigh Carbon Community College offering scholarships for classes at its Morgan Center in Tamaqua.

Classes will begin on April 15 and are designed to prepare students for employment in a home health care setting, with a well-rounded practical knowledge of basic home management and patient care skills. Students will learn safe work practices and protocol in order to assist people with daily activities.

Students will also earn CPR Certification.
