Loan default

Fairmont, Allentown, filed a civil action against Frank Potoczak, 4424 Wilder Road, Naples, Florida; The Castle Grill LLC, dba Castle Grill Restaurant and Pub, 80 E. Ridge St., Lehighton; CG Enterprises LLC, and Red Castle Brewery & Distillery LLC, 450 Interchange Road, Lehighton. The suit states collectively the defendant, Potoczak, is owner, operator and principal of the remaining defendant businesses/firms.
The suit alleges the plaintiff, on April 1, 2016, loaned the defendant(s) $25,435 for renovations of properties or benefit of businesses owned by Potoczak, with the agreement including a repayment scheduled.
The suit alleges the defendant(s) has defaulted on the loan payments and sought is damages not in excess of $50,000 plus interest, costs and fees.
