Road work April 22 through 26

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announces the following road work for this week; weather permitting:

Carbon County

• Penn Forest Township: Route 903 between Route 476 and Monroe County line, daytime lane restriction with flagging, Tuesday through Friday.

• Packer Township: Quakake Road between Route 93 and Schuylkill County line, daytime lane restriction with flagging, Monday through Friday.

• Franklin: Long Run/Fairyland, daytime lane restriction with flagging, Tuesday through Thursday.

• Parryville/Franklin townships: Cherry Hill Road between Fireline Road and Harrity Road, daytime lane restriction with flagging, Thursday and Friday.

Lehigh County

• South Whitehall Township: Route 22 between Route 309 and 15th Street, daytime westbound lane restriction on Thursday, eastbound on April 29; Route 22 between Route 309 and Cedar Crest Boulevard, nighttime lane restrictions Thursday and Friday.

• Interstate 78 between exit 49 (Route 100) and exit 51 (Route 22), daytime lane restriction Tuesday.

Monroe County

• Hamilton Township: Route 33 North between Route 33/Route 209 split and Interstate 80, daytime lane restrictions, Thursday.

• Pocono Township: Interstate 80 east between exit 293 (Junction I-380) and exit 299 (Route 715), daytime lane restrictions, Monday through Thursday.

• I-80 east/west between New Jersey line and Carbon County line, nighttime delays, Sunday through Thursday.

Northampton County

• Lower Saucon Township: I-78 between exit 67 (Route 412) and exit 71 (Route 33), daytime eastbound lane restriction, Tuesday.

• I-78 east between exit 60 (Route 309) and exit 67 (Route 412), daytime lane restriction, Thursday and Friday.

• I-78 west between exit 75 (To Route 611) and exit 67 (Route 412), nighttime lane restriction, Thursday and Friday.

• Route 33 between I-78 and Route 512, daytime intermittent lane restriction, Monday through Friday.

• Lower Saucon: I-78 east between Exit 67 (Route 412) and Exit 71 (Route 33), daytime eastbound lane restriction, Tuesday.

Schuylkill County

• Ryan/Rush townships: Route 54 between Barnesville and Hometown, daytime lane restriction with flagging, Monday through Friday.

• Rush Township: Route 54 between Route 309 and Carbon County Line, daytime lane restriction with flagging, Monday through Friday.
