April 30, 1975 — Dale Lakatosh pitches a two-hitter to lead Slatington to a 4-0 voctory over Pocono Mountain. Lakatosh allows just one runner past first base, that coming on a fourth-inning double. The left-hander strikes out five in his seven innings of work. Singles by Mike Hunsicker, Lakatosh, Bob “Yogi” Edwards, Mark Griffith and Bob Andrews account for three second-inning runs. The Bulldogs also receive a solo home run from Stan Montrom in the third inning. Edwards, Griffith and Andrews combine for seven of Slatington’s 10 hits.
