Carbon driver facing DUI in Schuylkill

A Carbon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said they received a call at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday of an erratic driver along Route 309 northbound in Rush Township.

A trooper was dispatched to the area and found a 2007 Chevrolet Impala stopped along the road. The driver was identified as Justin Fulton, 37, of Nesquehoning.

He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken into custody. He was then transported to the barracks for processing. The investigation is continuing.
