Truck hits line; knocks out power in Weatherly

The borough of Weatherly is without power after a tractor trailer ripped down power lines Tuesday morning. The incident occurred near 10 a.m. as the operator of the rig was making a delivery to a restaurant in the rear of the Weatherly Plaza on Carbon Street.
