Monroe man facing charges
A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred at 8:33 p.m. Friday.
State police at Lehighton responded to Serfass Road, near Long Mountain Road, in Polk Township, for an incident. Troopers said as a result of an investigation Frederic Charles Holle, 73, of Gilbert, has been charged with harassment for an incident involving a 52-year-old man from Stroudsburg as the victim.
