church to host presentation

A special presentation about The Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary movement will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 5 at Holy Cross Church in New Philadelphia.

Anthony Mullen, the national director of The Flame of Love, will speak about what the movement involves.

In addition to the presentation, there will be talks, an opportunity for confession, Benediction, the rosary and Mass. Lunch is provided.

Mullen lives in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia where the National Center is located. He was named the national director by the International Association.

Archbishop Chaput in Philadelphia gave his imprimatur to the English translation from the Spanish of the Flame of Love Book released by the center.

The Flame of Love is approved by the Roman Catholic Church. It is a movement to pray for souls in troubled times.
