Threat leads to harassment count
A threat to burn down a house has led to the arrest of a Schuylkill County woman.
State police at Frackville said Chrystal Filer, 51, of New Philadelphia told aresident of the 100 block of Kimber Street in New Philadelphia, that she was going to burn her house down.
The victim reported the incident to state police. An investigation was conducted, and as a result, Filer was charged with harassment.
