Palmerton police log

The Palmerton Police Departmenthas filed criminal charges against:

• Nathan Eckhart, 32; Joshua Joyce, 38; and Amy Frohnheiser, 39, all of Palmerton, on Aug. 16 on the 500 block of Delaware Avenue for theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.

• Christina Obrecht, 31, of Palmerton, on Sept. 5 on Second Street for DUI and careless driving.

• Eugene Souders, 53, of Allentown, on Oct. 22 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue for providing a false ID to law enforcement, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
