Free flu shots at health fair
Blue Mountain Health System and the Carbon County Area Agency on Aging will co-host the Annual Senior Health and Information Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the Lehighton Recreation Center, 243 S. Eighth St., Lehighton.
Free flu shots, for people 18 years and older, will be available. Registration is not required. Information and education will be offered by BMHS departments and other health and social organizations as well as health screenings, including cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, EKG, pulse oximetry and hearing.
Mini massages will be offered by The Therapy Option from Jim Thorpe.
BMHS pharmacists will offer a medication review, so bring a list of your medications and have a private consult with a pharmacist to review and discuss.

Mingle with peers and walk away with free advice and knowledge for everyday life. Free admission, parking, samples, giveaways, goodies and chances to win raffle prizes.
There is no charge to attend the fair or for any of the services offered.
