Oil painting, jam session in Tamaqua

The Tamaqua Community Arts Center will host Oil Painting with Janet Dean from 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. today. No experience is necessary. Materials and supplies are included. Pack a lunch or order in.

The Tamaqua Community Arts Center will have a jam session hosted by Seth Epler from 6-9 p.m. on Friday, June 22. Doors open at 5 p.m. for registration and setup of musicians. Drum kit piano, microphones and monitors are provided. All others should bring instruments. Musicians and vocalists should come prepared with a list of songs they play with ease. Group or individuals are welcome. Musicians pay $3, while it is free for spectators.
