Man is charged for dogs running loose

A 56-year-old Saylorsburg man has been cited by state police in Lehightonfor allowing his dogs to run loose.

The incident happened at 1:51 p.m. Nov. 10on Mount Eaton Road, Saylorsburg. The victim is a 37-year-old man from Saylorsburg.

Police said the "confinement of dogs" citation was issued after the victim reported the accused's dogs were running loose and damaged a vehicle.
