A look back: July 2, 1991

The annual meeting of shareholders of JTNB Bancorp Inc., was held recently in the main office, 12 Broadway, Jim Thorpe.

During the business meeting, named as executive officers were Harry W. Hintz, president; John J. Cherb, chairman of the board; Robert C. Marzen, secretary; and Jane F. Engler, treasurer.

Additional directors include Dennis Gallagher and John A. Wargo.

Charles W. Getz was elected as a director for a three-year term.

President Hintz reported stockholders earned $2.29 per share during the past year while the bank’s assets increased 7½ percent.
