Nesquehoning Police issue citations

Nesquehoning police released a list of traffic and non-traffic citations that were issued in the borough.

Traffic citations

• Kyle Joseph Rusnak of Lansford was cited for failing to stop in time that resulted in a crash along Route 54. He was also cited for not wearing a seat belt.

• Four citations were issued for speeding within the borough limits.

• One person was cited for failing to stop at a posted stop sign.

• One driver was cited for driving a tractor-trailer on Route 93 where it is prohibited.

• One citation was issued for parking in a prohibited area and an expired inspection.

Nontraffic citations

• Harassment: Joseph A. Cheehan was cited for harassment for punching a person in the nose.

• One person was cited for damaging another person’s lock box valued at $20.

• One person was cited for failing to pay her sanitation bill.
