McAdoo man cited for criminal mishief

McAdoo police cited Thomas Gaughan, 54, of McAdoo, with criminal mischief after an incident on Nov. 13.

Gaughan was seen removing fence holders from a fence on South Kennedy Drive at 1 p.m. The fence owner estimated it would cost in the neighborhood of $50 to replace the holders, which kept his fence from falling over.

A neighbor of the victim witnessed the incident.
