Schuylkill County Court — ARD

Schuylkill County President Judge William E. Baldwin admitted three people into the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition probation program for first-time offenders in decisions Aug. 2. If a person successfully completes all conditions of the program their record will be wiped clean. However, if they fail to complete it, or are revoked from it, then they would face trial on all pending charges. A person does not admit guilt in entering the program. Each person must pay $500 to the county to defray the cost of the ARD program, plus $250 in associated fines and costs. They must complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School and perform 10 hours community service.

Terry Lee Hill Jr., 21, Oneida, was arrested by Rush Township officer Mike Weaver on June 7, 2018, on charges of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hill must also pay $520 to Lehigh Valley Health Network.

Christopher J. Wickkiser, 32, Nesquehoning, was arrested by Rush Township officer Bradley Hess on a DUI charge on June 4, 2018. Wickkiser must pay $400 to Lehigh Valley Health Network.

Sierra J. Petrucci, 19, Tamaqua, was arrested by Coaldale Police officer James Bonner on a DUI charge Aug. 24, 2018.

On Aug. 7, Judges Charles Miller admitted a Tamaqua man into the ARD program. Patrick R. Ryan, 25, was arrested by McAdoo Police officer Fred Lahovski on a receiving stolen property charge Dec. 5, 2018. Ryan must pay $350 to the county to defray the cost of the program and pay restitution of $480 to Haulmark Trailers. Ryan must also perform 10 hours community service.
