State police at Lehighton
State police at Lehighton reported on the following arrests.
• Troopers said Jessica Valentini, 42, of Lehighton, at 2:16 p.m. May 25 was stopped at Wagner Street and Interchange Road in Franklin Township. She was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and placed under arrest for DUI. She was also found to be in possession of suspected unprescribed Ativan pills. Charges were filed.
• On Monday, troopers responded to a residence along Dusty Lane in Polk Township, Monroe County, for a domestic incident between a father and son. The suspect left the scene prior to the arrival of troopers. The victim did not report any injuries and did not request medical assistance. A 26-year-old Kresgeville man has been charged with harassment - physical contact, troopers said. Troopers declined to identify the suspect.
