Man assaults woman, faces charge

Joshua Michael Stubits, 32, of Lower Towamensing Township, was charged with harassment after he assaulted a woman during an argument at 11:44 a.m. Dec. 4on Little Gap Road in the township.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said the victim is a 26-year-old woman from the township.

Police said she and Stubits were engaged in a verbal argument that results in Stubits physically assaulting her.
