Monroe association cited by liquor board

A Monroe County association has been cited by the Wilkes-Barre enforcement office of the state liquor control board.

Emerald Lakes Association Inc., 1112 Glade Drive, Long Pond, Tobyhanna Township, was cited for during the period of Feb. 21 through April 30, failed to have the board approved manager complete RAMP training within 180 days of the board’s approval of the appointment.

This charge will be brought before an administrative law judge, who has the authority to impose a fine or license suspension.
