August 28, 2007 — Cassie Ohl and Chelsea Becker earn wins in singles action to help Jim Thorpe gain a 4-1 decision over Whitehall. The two Olympians both earn their victories in straight sets, as Ohl rolls 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2 singles and Becker claims a 6-2, 6-2 triumph at No. 3. Thorpe, coached by Norb Lienhard, also receives doubles wins from the teams of Kristen Wasson and Katie Gillespie, and Alex Nichols and Briana Snerr.
