Public drunkenness

James Stintsman, 50, of 30 Mauch Chunk St., Tamaqua, was cited by borough police for an incident on Nov. 11.

Officers were called to the 300 block of East Broad Street at 8:23 p.m. for a reported drunk. They found Stintsman in a highly intoxicated condition.

He was cited for public drunkenness.
