Driver facing DUI charges

A 24-year-old Danielsville man will be charged with driving under the influence of alcohol as a result of a traffic stop made by state police at the Lehighton barracks at 2:10 a.m.Saturday.

Police said the man was stopped in the 600 block of White Street in Bowmanstown, after which time it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol. Police did not release his identity.
