Carbon upset tax sale set for Friday

The Carbon County Tax Claim Bureau will conduct its annual public upset tax sale at 10 a.m. on Friday in the commissioners conference room, third floor of the county administration building, Jim Thorpe.

The purpose of the sale is to collect all unpaid taxes, municipal claims and all other costs.

Anyone with questions concerning the sale should contact the Carbon County Tax Claim Bureau from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at 570-325-3635.
