Schuylkill Treasurer’s Report

Schuylkill County Treasurer Linda Marchalk has released her report for August 2019. The ending balances for funds were general fund, $14,573,201; other county funds, $10,279,309; county agencies, $5,868,757; investments, $27,648,696; and worker comp, $336,623. The total for all accounts was $58,064,279.

Real estate taxes collected were $631,729; funded debt tax $23,167; per capita collected $19,368. Revenue from the sale of hunting licenses was $6,244 and $2,275 from small games of chance. Other revenue came from magistrate fees, $65,511; hotel tax commissions, $2,507; and hotel tax $57,204.
