The menu at the Panther Valley Senior Center for Oct. 14-18 is:
Monday: Center closed
Tuesday: Beef Dijon, cauliflower Au gratin, sautéed cabbage, spiced apricots or Greek salad with chicken
Wednesday: Creamed turkey, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, Jello or Reuben sandwich
Thursday: Pork & pea carbonara, spaghetti, Italian vegetables, fruit salad or spinach bacon salad
Friday: French onion soup, cheeseburger, carrot salad, orange
The Panther Valley Senior Center has announced upcoming events for Oct. 14-18.
The center will be closed on Oct. 14 in observance of Columbus Day.
Speaker from Patriot Homecare on Oct. 15 at 11 a.m.; Now You Have It Now You Don’t on Oct. 16 at 11 a.m.; Birthday Bingo on Oct. 17 at 10:45 a.m.; Poker-Keeno on Oct. 18 at 11 a.m.
Golden agers
The Panther Valley Golden Agers scheduled meeting will be held Monday at St. John’s Slovak Lutheran Church Social Hall beginning at 1 p.m.
Guest speakers will be from Heritage Hills Fox Rehab. They will speak on arthritis, exercise and other topics.
