Palmerton Police log

Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

DUI: Stephen Richards, 43, Northampton, was charged with three counts, for an incident Aug. 29 at Fifth Street and Delaware Avenue.

Disorderly conduct: Brett Kratzer, 26, Emmaus, was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment, for an incident Oct. 9 in the 700 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Junking of vehicles prohibited: James Medei III, 41, Palmerton, was charged for an incident Oct. 8 in the borough.

Citations: Police also issued two citations for vehicle violations, and one for speeding.
