Franklin advertises for RFP’s for township solicitor

Published October 16. 2019 12:10PM

Franklin Township supervisors on Tuesday unanimously agreed to advertise for request for proposals for township solicitor for the year 2020.

No other discussion on the subject took place at the meeting.

After the meeting, township secretary Brenda Neeb explained the reason for the board’s decision.

“The supervisors felt it was time to pursue other options,” Neeb said. “They would like to see what other law offices have to offer in comparison to Franklin Township’s solicitor.”

Neeb said Schwab has served as township solicitor since 2012 when the Law Offices of Attorney William Schwab replaced Nanovic Law Offices.

Sounds like it's difficult to find a lawyer to defend stupidity! Employ a republican lawyer. No shame, no ethics, no legal knowledge and billing limits. Perfect for the corrupt board of any republican dominated municipality.
CT, here we go again insulting Republicans without any substantiation. You have a mental problem going on there cowboy. Get off your horse at the next mental facility, tie up, wander up the steps of the hospital, hang up your hat & submit to a comprehensive mental evaluation. Yee Haw!
